murgetroid, or murgie, at 11 mo

This is the illustrious Murgetroid. He doesn’t look threatening right now, or ever really, but he will give your ankles quite the fright.

Update May 20 2011:

Murgie  has a new friend… well, several rather. Baker, Murgetroid’s father, joined our small pack last year. He’s very clingy, highly aggressive to strangers for long enough to cause damage (leashing is a must with this little terror!), but he’s actually gotten better over the last year! The other additions were adopted because I couldn’t send perfectly good pig monsters that look like cats out to the streets! Kiki, my “ex” orange tabby cat (he loves my brother and will be rejoining him next month!), Baby, a beast of cat at roughly 14lbs (healthily!), and Cow(ard)… a tiny, shy but very vicious, no nonsense black and white holstein kind of cat have joined in the fun. To this already large pack, why not, toss in Noname, a cockatiel. It’s like trying to manage a food chain in a one bedroom apartment! Every one of my animals came by chance. I sure wasn’t looking for them, but apparently they were looking for me. Some are soon to leave this hilarious menagerie, Kiki, Noname, and possibly Baby, but Murgetroid, Baker, and Cow are here to stay. And possibly Baby.
